Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries over the phone or through email regarding order updates, status, tracking, delivery, and other related issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's base product knowledge to adequately assist customers with order placement, product information, and other inquiries.
  • Provide support and direction to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer feedback, resolving complaints, and implementing measures to prevent future issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and operations, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues, escalating to senior team members when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer communications and issue resolution.
