Join Our Team: Customer Support Representative
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a critical member of our support team, you will provide technical and billing support to application users, serving as a vital point of contact between our customers and development team. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues with expediency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical, account, and billing support for customers using our mobile app and website
- Quickly resolve customer questions and requests in a friendly, professional manner via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and report technical glitches, sharing customer feedback with our development team
- Educate customers on our features and benefits, ensuring they get the most out of our solutions
- Maintain a working knowledge of all our products, services, and promotions, as well as Customer Support policies and procedures
- Understand and profile customer needs to make recommendations for additional services
Who You Are:
To succeed in this role, you'll be a critical thinker with strong interpersonal skills, able to break down and resolve issues quickly and effectively. You'll be an effective communicator, showing patience and empathy towards customers and colleagues. What You Bring:
- A high level of web proficiency and strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye toward grammatical proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of Web, Android, and iOS platforms and operating systems
- Demonstrated experience in customer support, customer experience, or customer-facing roles is preferred
- Bachelor's/Professional degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Experience with error reporting tools like JIRA and customer support tools like Zendesk is a plus
- Knowledge of the Family Law industry is a plus
