Job Overview

We are looking for talented Customer Service Representatives to work on a temporary project with the potential for contract extension. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to customers of the Florida Department of Commerce, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to telephone inquiries within established time parameters, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns
  • Report problems and issues through an easy-to-use online system, contributing to continuous improvement and quality assurance
  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and reviews of internal and external communications to stay up-to-date on policies, procedures, and best practices

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience required

  • Ability to type a minimum of 20 words per minute (WPM)
