Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our diverse customer base from around the world. Your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate information, address customer queries, and ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome all customers as they arrive on the lot, ensuring a warm and personalized greeting
  • Ask about their experience with arenaflex, recording feedback to improve future rental experiences
  • Make sure customers have all personal belongings from the vehicle, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience
  • Discreetly check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of damage/loss report
  • Use proper statements to determine if vehicle is being returned with a full tank of gas, ensuring accuracy and transparency
  • Advise and review rental charges, providing an accurate receipt to the customer, and addressing any queries or concerns
  • Provide information regarding transportation to the airport terminal if applicable, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience
  • Complete a service alert for any mechanical and/or body damage communicated by the customers, ensuring prompt attention and resolution
  • Identify and tag vehicles that have been flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot location, ensuring safety and efficiency
  • Keep the lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow, maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Work in outdoor weather conditions, including direct sunlight, rain, heat, or cold, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED, demonstrating a strong foundation in education
  • Minimum 1-year customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Must be at least 21 and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, ensuring safety and responsibility
  • Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, demonstrating technical proficiency
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, including day and/or evening hours, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Likely to require at least 5-10% travel, some of which may be by airplane, demonstrating a willingness to travel and explore new opportunities
  • Must be willing to wear company uniforms, demonstrating a commitment to representing the arenaflex brand
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
