Position Summary

We are currently recruiting top talent for our PST time zone for Medicare Retiree Solution Customer Service Centers at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the knowledgeable, trusted advocate for our members, requiring a high degree of adaptability, empathy, and patience. Your role will involve educating members on plan benefits, resolving inquiries with empathy, adhering to documentation standards, and ensuring every interaction meets high service expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate plan benefits, answer questions, and resolve issues based on incoming telephone member contacts.
  • Utilize compliant documentation standards to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide empathetic and member-centric service, exceeding our members' expectations as our standard.
  • Ensure every member is shown respect, kindness, and that all questions are thoroughly answered and resolved.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate.
  • Ability to apply patience in challenging situations.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills.
  • Equivalent military experience is also valued.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following are preferred:

  • Customer Service experience, which would be a significant asset in this role.
  • A high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and skills.
