Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 months of customer service experience, preferably in a telephone-based or call center environment, demonstrating your ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

  • Previous experience working in a remote atmosphere is preferred but not required, although it is essential that you are self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Office Environment and Technical Requirements

To ensure that you can deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the highest levels of security and compliance, your workspace must meet the following requirements:

  • Necessary business office equipment, including a computer and other equipment that meets arenaflex, client, and security compatibility requirements, specifically:
    • Windows Based PC with Anti-Malware Security Software (Mac/Apple systems and Chromebooks are not compatible with our platforms and programs).
    • Minimum 2 GB RAM and CPU (Intel or AMD) 2GHz processor (or equivalent).
    • Resolution of 1,280 x 720 (720p) or greater.
  • Minimum bandwidth requirements of 10Mbps Upload and 25 Mbps Download, using a cable, DSL, FiOS connection (Satellite, Dial Up, Wi-Fi, and wireless connections are not accepted).
  • Chrome is the ONLY acceptable internet browser at this time, ensuring that you can access our systems and tools efficiently and securely.

Shift and Work Location

This is a remote, contract position, offering flexibility and convenience. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including:
