**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Online Customer Chat Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a timely and efficient manner.
**Key Responsibilities**
