**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced customer support representative to join our team and provide top-notch support to our customers across the United States. As a customer support representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for onboarding new customers, answering questions, and resolving issues related to our software platform. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support to help them achieve their business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a customer support representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following activities:
* Onboard new customers to our service through our defined onboarding process
* Answer questions related to arenaflex's offerings and service
* Provide customer support via Zoom, phone, email, and online chat
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries
* Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
* Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource, ensuring the customer need is resolved
* Manage and update the knowledge base and related customer support documents
**Key Competencies and Abilities**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following key competencies and abilities:
* Great interpersonal skills - you love working with people
* Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and listening
* Comfortable with the basics of internet technology and small business online marketing
* Knowledge of insurance and financial services is a plus but not required
* Problem analysis and problem-solving
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Customer service oriented
* Stress tolerant (don't worry, 99% of our customers are really nice)
* Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, being self-motivated and organized
