Your primary responsibilities will include: * **Order Processing**: Accurately enter orders received via fax or email, handling sensitive billing and credit card information with care and attention to detail. * **Data Accuracy**: Ensure all data is entered correctly and maintain confidentiality, adhering to strict data protection protocols. * **Document Management**: Scan and maintain paper documents in our system, ensuring seamless access to critical information. * **Customer Support**: Address customer issues, complaints, and concerns, and direct them to the right team member, providing timely and effective resolutions. * **Portal Assistance**: Manage customer onboarding, password resets, basic tech support, and retention services for our customer portal, ensuring a seamless user experience. * **Request Handling**: Respond to non-telephonic requests for information, order status updates, cancellations, and returns, providing clear and concise communication. * **Additional Duties**: Perform other related tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here's what we're looking for: * **Education & Experience**: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, but an Associate's degree or relevant experience in sales with proven results is also acceptable. Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. * **Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are also critical, as well as experience in group presentations and public speaking. * **Mathematical Skills**: Ability to calculate discounts, commissions, percentages, and analyze performance using spreadsheets (Excel) is a must. * **Reasoning Ability**: Ability to solve problems, collect and interpret data, and develop innovative solutions is essential.
