**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

* **Broadband Internet Connection**: Have a broadband internet connection, with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS.
* **Wired Internet Connection**: Use a wired internet connection during tech setups, education classes, and while working.
* **Windows 10 or Windows 11 Operating System**: Use a Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system.
* **Valid Antivirus Software**: Install, run, and update valid antivirus software.
* **Wired USB Headset with Microphone**: Use a wired USB headset with microphone, with gaming headsets not accepted.
* **Smart Phone, Android Tablet, or iPad**: Have a smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad, and be willing to install an authentication app related to program work.
**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and expenses. You'll be required to sign a contract, which will outline the terms and conditions of your employment, including your hourly rate, guaranteed minimum, and payment schedule.
