Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Data Entry and Customer Support Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Encourage and develop associations with colleagues, provide idea management, and attest influence by driving activities to the end actually and productively
• Engage with research and colleagues, assist with driving ML strategies, and identify regions where business issues can be solved creatively by applying ML
• Lead and collaborate with different specialists and data researchers to implement and effectively scale ML solutions for creating supernatural experiences for our visitors and pushing the limits of functional objectives
• Drive innovation, proofs of concept, technology cash drives, and customer interactions that lead to growing top-tier AI platforms
• Manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the group
• Build standard techniques utilized in everyday operations and work with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space
• Productionize ML algorithms in predictive analysis, classification, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and so on, and evaluate their performance on real-world data sets
• Collaborate with different teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinate with existing software practices that generate effective code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews

Essential Qualifications and Abilities

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and abilities:

• 2+ years of experience in Python and with predictive modeling experiences, such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and so on
• 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP
• Proficient in SDLC, QA cycles, and Article Oriented Programming Design Patterns
• Expert-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, audio, etc.) and SQL relational and non-relational databases
• 2+ years of experience with Wind stream or another data workflow management instrument
• Experience with version control software, such as GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and the expected outcome, strong communication skills, and determination to complete responsibilities
• Solid systems integration architecture skills, capable of transforming new tech into business solutions

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are preferred but not required:

• Experience with Docker
• Experience with control systems
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud solutions in GCP or another cloud platform
• Experience with Atlassian Tools like Jira and Confluence
• Experience with Agile development techniques
• Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous development
• Experience with data visualization and data monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau)
• Experience with sound analysis
• Experience with text analysis

Education

A Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Programming, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical background is required. A Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Programming, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical background is preferred.
