Responsibilities • Oversee financial planning • Analyze financial data • Prepare and review financial statements • Provide strategic guidance to drive profitability and growth • Develop financial strategies • Support informed business decisions • Prepare financial reports • Ensure overall financial health Skills • Strong expertise in Financial Planning, including budgeting and forecasting • Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting • In-depth knowledge of core Finance principles and processes • Proficient in Analytical Skills, including data interpretation and problem-solving • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong leadership and strategic-thinking capabilities • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field • Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar strategic financial leadership role, preferably with small businesses • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with internal teams and clients • CPA or CMA certification is a plus Company Overview • Accounting & Bookkeeping | Business Coaching | CFO Outsourcing | Business owners often struggle with managing the financial side of their businesses.
