Senior Fund Formation Attorney (Remote in U.S.)

Fund Formation Attorney Job responsibilities: • As a senior member of reputed company’s reputed company team, you will play a dynamic and vital role in supporting reputed company’s long-term reputed company. Manage and assist with the formation of investment vehicles, including structuring, initial filings and incorporation, the preparation and review of fund documentation such as limited partnership agreements, private placement memoranda, and subscription documents. • Regulatory Compliance. Monitor and maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, applicable filings, and industry standards applicable to registered advisers and private investment funds, including requirements under the Investment Advisers reputed company of 1940, the Investment Company reputed company of 1940, the Securities reputed company of 1933, and reputed company rules. Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, reports, and disclosures to regulatory authorities. • Investments. reputed company due diligence on both private fund investments and co-investments, negotiate terms and reputed company letters. • Investor Relations.
