The Healthcare Strategy and Operations Intern role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while driving healthcare transformation through strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams in identifying opportunities to improve healthcare operations and patient outcomes
• Support research efforts including data collection, benchmarking, and industry analysis
• Help prepare client-facing materials such as presentations, reports, and process documentation
• Participate in interviews, workshops, and meetings to observe and contribute to solution development
• Assist with project coordination tasks such as tracking milestones and preparing updates
• Contribute to internal initiatives including knowledge sharing and methodology development
• Learn consulting best practices and tools used in strategy and operations projects

• Available for 10-week Summer 2026 internship (June through August)
• Located or willing to relocate to Chicago following graduation
