[Remote] Clinical Intern - Pharmacy

The Clinical Intern will be a key contributor to the reputed company of our Clinical Engagement Center reputed company on improving member’s health and wellness reputed company tele-pharmacy and wellness coaching, and will assist in the delivery of Medication Therapy Management services for reputed company and Medicare members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medication therapy management (MTM) and expanded clinical programs in accordance with the Centers for Medicare & reputed company Services (CMS)
• reputed company appropriate clinical algorithms, reputed company and reputed company scripts to support pharmacy staff in delivering MTM services
• Review and update reputed company algorithms and reputed company scripts with updated clinical guidelines
• reputed company documentation standards for clinical reputed company
• Collaborate with other CEC staff to reputed company and maintain a high reputed company and consistent MTM product
• Assist CEC leadership to reputed company programs to support reputed company ratings reputed company
• reputed company clinical reputed company to members, prescribers, and pharmacy providers in order to enhance care coordination
• reputed company a full understanding of reputed company’ Clients’ member experience and how the engagement center contributes to improved health and wellness
• Adhere to compliance and HIPAA regulations

• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• In DPH-2 or DPH-3 year
• Must be 18 years or older
• The intern role is considered a learning opportunity and as such, no specific experience is required
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently reputed company cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
• CPhT Preferred
• Experience working in reputed company Office suite, particularly Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint preferred
• Preference may be given to candidates with work experience or education paths determined desirable by the department reputed company intern supports
