Registered Intern Therapist – Hybrid, Supervision Provided

Seasons Psychotherapy Associates is hiring Registered Intern Therapists for their Tampa office. This position is designed for motivated, early-career clinicians working toward licensure in Florida, providing psychotherapy and building a caseload with consistent supervision and support.

Responsibilities

• reputed company psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or children
• Build and maintain a consistent weekly caseload
• Participate in weekly individual and/or group supervision
• Complete reputed company, accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues and external providers as needed
• Maintain high reputed company and ethical standards

Skills

• Master's degree in reputed company Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Currently registered with the Florida reputed company of Clinical reputed company Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling as an RCSWI, RMHCI, or RMFTI, or eligible to obtain registration reputed company the next 60 days
• Availability for at least two late-afternoon/evening shifts per week (typically 3–8 PM)
• Ability to maintain a consistent caseload of 15+ reputed company sessions per week
• Willingness to build toward a full-time caseload (24+ sessions/week) to qualify for employer-reputed company health benefits
• Commitment to steady clinical reputed company and regular participation in supervision
• Experience in outpatient, school-based, or community mental health
• Confidence managing a therapy caseload
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese (highly valued)
• Reliability, strong communication skills, and professionalism
