Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day activities related to tool usage / updates, standards management, or documentation updates
- Assist with testing, user feedback collection, and training material preparation
- Troubleshoot user-reported issues and escalate as appropriate
- Contribute to process documentation and knowledge-sharing repositories

Skills
- You are currently pursuing a Masters in Biotechnology (preferred in the Digital Health and Technology stream)
- Provide day-to-day support for tool updates, documentation management, and the maintenance of functional standards and knowledge-sharing repositories
- Assist with system testing, collect user feedback, and resolve or escalate technical issues while preparing comprehensive training materials
- Apply independent judgment to resolve moderately complex data issues and participate in peer reviews to ensure high-quality data management methodology
- Work under general supervision to prioritize responsibilities and make context-specific decisions, ensuring all tasks align with established guidance
- Actively contribute new ideas and effective communication within the team while seeking mentorship and learning opportunities to build technical expertise
- Foundational knowledge of clinical trial data types (labs, imaging, eCOA) and familiarity with industry standards like CDISC/SDTM and platforms such as Medidata RAVE
- Practical experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, and LLMs, with a specialized interest in developing Agentic AI solutions
- Proficiency in data modeling and warehousing (e.g., Snowflake), pipeline orchestration (e.g., Airflow), and version control via GitLab within cloud environments
- Ability to translate complex user needs into tangible UX/UI solutions, supported by strong technical documentation skills in tools like Confluence or SharePoint
