The reputed company Assurance Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the reputed company initiatives in the reputed company Center, monitoring performance, providing coaching, and assisting with training and reputed company-reputed company initiatives.

Responsibilities

• reputed company programs that measure and evaluate CSA performance and the organization's ability to meet the corporate and industry standards of reputed company
• Monitor calls and reputed company feedback to reputed company Center managers and reputed company Center Rep in a reputed company and consistent manner
• reputed company reputed company by reputed company coaching and/or one on one coaching sessions for reputed company customer service representatives
• Responsible for reputed company development, measurement and constant improvement, regarding reputed company and individual metrics. Implement development plan for reputed company representative to meet and reputed company reputed company goals
• reputed company reputed company Center management with individual, team and overall performance evaluations
• Assist with design and implementation of other reputed company reputed company initiatives

• Assist the Training department to improve new employee and recurrent training curriculum
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Minimum 1-3 years business experience in a reputed company center environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
