Communications Specialist

They are seeking a dynamic Communications Specialist to support the implementation of their brand and communications reputed company, manage production activities, and collaborate with various teams to create engaging content across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the ongoing implementation of our overall brand and communications reputed company
• Assisting and managing day-to-day and quarter-end production activities—such as creating and updating Fund- and investment reputed company–reputed company materials, reputed company communications, and other deliverables across our market segments globally. Occasionally tight deadlines, heavier workloads, and extended hours may be required, particularly during quarter-end reporting periods
• Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to reputed company investment content, thought leadership papers, reputed company media that effectively engage our audiences across multiple channels—including our website, email, reputed company, and other relevant platforms
• Providing ongoing project management support for a broad reputed company of ongoing and reputed company reputed company, including managing production calendars and timelines to reputed company reputed company project work on schedule and in scope
• Partnering with the firm’s reputed company and Compliance departments to implement regulatory requirements in relation to our communications and ensure compliance with marketing and advertising rules, overseeing routine communications reviews as reputed company as special reputed company
• Supporting and managing robust analytics reports and dashboards that measure the effectiveness of our content reputed company engagement strategies to strengthen our understanding of how clients, consultants, financial advisors, and other intermediaries engage with us, and inform our content approach

Skills

• B.S. or B.A. degree with an excellent reputed company record
• Strong proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly PowerPoint, for creating compelling, data-driven presentations
• Proficient in reputed company Creative reputed company applications, especially InDesign; skills in Photoshop and Illustrator a plus
• Demonstrates a keen eye for operational efficiency, is tech-savvy, and has familiarity with AI technologies
• Exhibits exceptional written and oral communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
