[Remote] AI Digital Transformation Process Design Specialist

The Digital Transformation Process Design Specialist will support the Marketing and Sales teams by leading the design and delivery of a unified digital experience that enhances sales efficiency through AI-driven insights and data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Identify strategic opportunities leveraging data analytics and AI to design and deliver leading edge digital transformative technology solutions to the Global Marketing and Sales community
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, business users, project managers, IT professionals and digital transformation teams to develop and deliver impactful leading-edge business technology solutions
- Own, drive and participate in various aspects of project management to ensure successful project execution and delivery in order to derive identified business value returns
- Make decisions for product iteration and improvement based on data analysis
- Manage project portfolio management activities, assisting to form, manage, track and report on digital roadmap plans and achievements
Skills
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Business Analytics or related fields
- 1+ years of work experience in AI product management or delivery of an AI-powered IT application
- Demonstrated product development leadership experience capacity for AI products
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and other AI technologies
- Experience managing reporting, project cadence, and handling project deliverables
- Experience presenting to executives and business stakeholders
- Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
- Proficiency with Product Management and Collaboration tools: Figma, Jira, Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, Excel
- Ability to translate technical complexity into business value
- Ability to communicate across different organizational levels
- Cultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact
- PMP Certification a plus
- Bilingual skillset in Mandarin and English a plus
