The intern will provide support on various projects, focusing on compliance and regulatory deliverables, data analysis, and research to maintain program integrity.
Responsibilities
- Support a wide range of Compliance and Regulatory deliverables for Program Integrity
- Review reports and mitigate any identified issues for prohibited affiliations monitoring, regulatory reporting, and proactive identification of data aberrancies to prepare for quarterly regulatory reporting cycles
- Review existing program integrity policies and procedures for necessary edits and confirmation of regulatory/provider agreement citations to maintain accuracy
- Review current Program Integrity specific marketing materials for consistency and audit inventory for accuracy and necessary updates
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Effective listening and critical thinking skills
- Dependable, flexible and ability to maintain confidential information
- Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- SharePoint skills preferred
