Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain filing systems and manage documents related to client projects
- Conduct research to assist with candidate sourcing and client needs
- Communicate effectively with clients and candidates for a professional experience
Skills
- Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in a rapidly growing organization
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well independently and in a team
- Adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Experience in executive recruitment or talent acquisition
