The role of Healthcare Inside Sales Agent involves engaging with warm leads to support individuals in managing chronic conditions through consultative sales and guiding them towards effective therapy solutions.
Responsibilities
- Engage in consultative sales conversations with warm leads, identifying needs related to chronic pain, stress, anxiety, or mental health support
- Guide leads toward insurance-covered VR-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) solutions
- Manage objections to highlight the program’s unique value proposition
- Build trust and nurture relationships to convert leads into members
- Develop a thorough understanding of products, services, and supported medical conditions
- Refine outreach strategies using QA feedback, call performance analysis, and mock-calls
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from inquiry to enrollment
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in consultative or outbound sales within a dialer or call-center environment
- Strong ability to build rapport and create connections
- Skilled at addressing objections and steering conversations positively
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Comfortable handling challenging conversations and turning them productive
- Passion for improving lives in the healthcare space, especially managing chronic conditions
- Fluent in Spanish to support a diverse customer base
