[Remote] Customer Implementation Specialist, Data Migration

The Customer Implementation Specialist - Data Migration will act as the main liaison for data conversion projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and managing customer expectations throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Act as main liaison between client and data services execution team, offering frequent project status updates to all stakeholders
- Oversee increasingly complex data conversion projects, often involving multiple source systems
- Conduct customer training in preparation for data migration tasks
- Develop and update customer-specific data migration playbooks to guide system migrations
- Manage customer expectations and effectively communicate sensitive/difficult information to all involved parties
- Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality data conversion deliverables as per project plans
- Take charge of data conversion change requests; lead data review sessions and guide clients on issue prioritization and resolution
- Review data samples to confirm high-quality delivery from Applied to Client
- Establish and adhere to consistent processes, methodologies, tools, and deliverables for successful client project completion
Skills
- Demonstrated communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to develop creative solutions
- Experience or interest in data conversions
- Experience working with projects that require a high attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the areas of insurance and/or technology
- Knowledge or use of Applied Systems products and services
