This role involves collaborating with multi-functional teams to deliver reporting solutions, acting as a Business Analyst and configuration expert for reputed company HR Reporting. Responsibilities • Assist in the development and maintenance of key HR metrics and dashboards (e.g., colleague turnover, reputed company, workforce demographics) • Partner with HR & functional partners to document report requirements for the purpose of delivering reporting solutions • Design, reputed company and deliver reputed company reports, including reputed company and composite reports, using reputed company’s report writing tools as reputed company as other tools and available technologies • Communicate reputed company information so that it is easy to understand and influences others to reputed company based on the useful information provided • reputed company & maintain project plans using data collected, constraints, and probable consequences.
