[Remote] Customer Service Specialist I

They are seeking a Customer Service Specialist I to provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat, while also troubleshooting issues and collaborating with the development team to enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide phone, email, and chat support to efficiently resolve customer issues
- Troubleshoot and diagnose reported problems, working towards solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues through professional communication
- Identify, test, and verify issues, providing clear documentation to the development team
- Collaborate cross-functionally on customer-focused initiatives to enhance the customer experience
Skills
- At least one year of experience in customer-facing roles
- A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred, with education requirements potentially waived based on practical experience
- Practical knowledge of the healthcare industry is a definite plus
- Exceptional written communication skills and a charismatic phone presence
- Ability to work a flexible 8-hour schedule between 7 AM - 7 PM CST, Monday through Friday
- Experience with tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Teams
- Basic understanding of SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership over work
- Active listening skills and empathetic customer advocacy
- Insatiable curiosity for learning how things work
