Responsibilities

  • Provide phone, email, and chat support to efficiently resolve customer issues
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose reported problems, working towards solutions
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues through professional communication
  • Identify, test, and verify issues, providing clear documentation to the development team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on customer-focused initiatives to enhance the customer experience

Skills

  • At least one year of experience in customer-facing roles
  • A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred, with education requirements potentially waived based on practical experience
  • Practical knowledge of the healthcare industry is a definite plus
  • Exceptional written communication skills and a charismatic phone presence
  • Ability to work a flexible 8-hour schedule between 7 AM - 7 PM CST, Monday through Friday
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Teams
  • Basic understanding of SQL
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ownership over work
  • Active listening skills and empathetic customer advocacy
  • Insatiable curiosity for learning how things work
