Our family of brands is growing and we’re looking for amazing people to join us on this journey! This is a remote position located in Latin America. It will be a long‑term contract. Role Overview We are looking for a Site Merchandiser who is passionate about digital retail to play a key role in site optimization, merchandising, and daily operations across five DTC home furnishing brands. This cross‑functional role will partner with Marketing, Creative and Product teams to build, analyze and optimize site experiences to support product launches, events, promotions, and advertising. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail‑oriented and has a love of analytics to craft exceptional customer journeys. From building strategic plans to tackling hands‑on execution, you’re confident owning a process from start‑to‑finish and delivering quality work at every turn. You must be passionate about building a best‑in‑class digital shopping experience and eager to play a critical role in a rapidly growing DTC businesses. Responsibilities • Lead end‑to‑end site experience strategy: Own the customer journey, balancing brand expression and commercial performance, with a focus on both conversion and product storytelling. • Lead content planning: Own and drive execution of site merchandising planning calendar for product launches, promotions, and other events. • Drive SEO and GEO visibility: Develop strategies to improve website ranking. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization. Stay current on AI‑driven search developments and opportunities to optimize the site. • Own the product set‑up process: Ensure timely, accurate delivery of product listings, and PLP merchandising, ensuring listings have appropriate content to drive add‑to‑cart and are high‑converting. • Analytics and performance reporting: Use reporting tools to analyze site metrics, including traffic sources, click‑through rate, bounce/exit rate, top converting pages and products, and conversion rate. Provide actionable insights based on data. • Drive on‑site product discovery: Own site navigation, optimize internal search (relevance, synonyms, zero‑result fixes), and manage product recommendations. Build and execute cross‑sell/upsell strategies. • Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, merchandising, and product teams to identify opportunities and engage in testing and optimization. • Roll up your sleeves: Jump in and help wherever needed, from updating broken links or swapping imagery to problem‑solving and answering questions for internal teams. Qualifications • 3+ years of e‑commerce merchandising experience, creating and optimizing engaging site experiences. • Strong communication skills & ability to “connect the dots” based on inputs from various teams. • Highly organized, detail oriented & experienced in project management. • Strong analytical skills; proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, Looker). • Proactive self‑starter with the ability to identify opportunities, build and refine processes, and drive problem resolution. • Experience with e‑commerce platforms (Shopify Plus, Magento) and CMS platforms (Sanity, Contentful) preferred. • Knowledge of SEO and familiarity with GEO and AI‑search trends.
