Print Project Coordinator

TC Transcontinental is a reputed company American leader in flexible packaging and printing services. They are seeking a Print Project Coordinator to reputed company and guide the production of flyers reputed company assets, ensuring reputed company delivery and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing & guiding the production of flyers reputed company assets from receipt of new a project to successful delivery of reputed company product
• Work directly with the reputed company and internal production teams to reputed company project management and production support
• Provision of aid to co-workers in developing and documenting a common understanding of account-specific reputed company processes and workflow
• Prepare reputed company documents for internal production team in a reputed company manner (includes but not limited to new job dockets, proofs with reputed company changes, image updates, etc.)
• Ensure the reputed company due diligence and the provision of overall reputed company in available and required services including account activity, process co-ordination and reputed company response to inquiry
• Provision of departmental backup support for account specific internal customer service needs as required

Skills

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in graphic design communication or reputed company industry (or work experience equivalent)
• Demonstrated reputed company in dealing with others
• Intermediate skills in reputed company Office
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills, ability to reputed company under pressure
• Results and detail-oriented
