Office Assistant/Entry Level Bookkeeper

We are not your typical tax and bookkeeping firm. We are a small casual office that takes our work and our play seriously. We juggle, play musical instruments (jam sessions in the office), have an office dog and yes, those are Star Wars Lego everywhere. Our company is currently seeking an Office Assistant/ Entry Level Bookkeeper to join our team! While skill set and experience are greatly appreciated, attitude and personality play a big role in our small company. Hourly from $16 -$18 depending on experience. Administrative duties (Phones, Mail, Office Supplies, Scheduling, etc.) ? ?Director? of First Impressions ? greet clients, communication ? Data Entry into QuickBooks (we will train you!) ? Obtain primary financial data for accounting records Qualifications: ? Strong organizational and communication skills ? Ability to prioritize and multitask ? Deadline and detail-oriented ? Knowledge of QuickBooks a big plus ? Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields a plus ?
