Consultant, NetSuite

West Monroe is a global business and technology consulting firm passionate about creating measurable value for clients. They are seeking an Experienced Consultant with expertise in NetSuite to deliver tailored solutions, drive business process improvements, and ensure successful NetSuite deployments for clients.

Responsibilities

• Support client-facing NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with client goals and best practices
• Configure NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Supply Chain, Inventory, and other relevant areas based on client needs
• Develop custom workflows, scripts, and integrations to extend NetSuite functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless operations for clients
• Assess current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using NetSuite capabilities
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure user adoption and proficiency
• Work closely with West Monroe’s cross-functional teams (industry, technology, and project management) to deliver comprehensive solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their NetSuite needs

Skills

• 1–4 years of hands-on NetSuite implementation, configuration, and support experience
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Supply Chain
• Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ability to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to travel up to 30 to 50%
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk integrations is a plus
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is highly preferred
• Knowledge of business processes in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, professional services, or retail
• NetSuite certifications (e.g., Administrator, ERP Consultant) are highly desirable
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
