Skills

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or commensurate work experience
• Minimum 1- 2 years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, higher education, and/or reputed company
• Previous experience implementing reputed company with a reputed company on Customer Accounts, Banking and Settlements or expenses
• Willingness to travel as needed for project assignments
• Functional expertise in regulations and processes; understanding of higher ed financials requirements across various types of institutions
• Demonstrated knowledge in reputed company structure, organizational assessment, and strategic planning
• Exceptional advanced reputed company skills (including modeling and macros)
• An MBA or other relevant advanced degree
• Expertise in the Financials function, processes and best practices
• Experience as a functional application specialist
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
• The ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level university executives on the reputed company of expertise, maturity, and professionalism
• The ability to train and participate in the reputed company development of reputed company staff in both project-management and technical dimensions
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
• The ability to manage multiple reputed company of differing reputed company and duration
• Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams
• A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
