[Remote] Adjunct Legal Assistant (Paralegal) Instructor (Online Assignment Possibilities)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Inside Higher Ed is looking for adjunct instructors for the Legal Assistant (Paralegal) discipline at Antelope Valley College. The role involves instructing students in the assigned discipline, with the possibility of teaching online and at various times and locations. Responsibilities • Instruct students in the assigned discipline • Assignment may include teaching courses during the day, evening, and/or off-campus sites Skills • Any bachelor's degree or higher AND two years of professional experience, OR any associate degree AND six years of professional experience. Professional experience is required when the applicant possesses a master's degree • Academic Senate's approved equivalency: No Equivalency per faculty division • A sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students (tit. 5 53024.1) • Experience and willingness to teach online classes • Experience and/or willingness to teach dual enrollment courses at high school site • Experience in the legal field Company Overview • Inside Higher Ed is the online source for news, opinion, and jobs related to higher education.
