This role is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience navigating zoning and permitting processes across the state. You’ll work remotely to support our commercial real estate transactions by coordinating with local agencies to secure the necessary approvals and documentation for compliance. Key Responsibilities • Manage zoning, use, and fire inspection approvals for commercial properties across Florida • Communicate with city and county planning, zoning, and fire departments • Obtain Certificates of Use, zoning confirmations, and fire inspection reports • Support commercial sales and leasing teams with compliance and due diligence tasks • Maintain accurate records of permit and inspection progress • Provide timely updates to the EEC management team Qualifications • Active Florida Real Estate License (commercial focus preferred) • Familiarity with Florida county/city zoning and permitting processes • Strong communication and organizational skills • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Detail-oriented with solid follow-up skills Compensation • Standard commissions on commercial real estate transactions • Additional flexible, per-project compensation for zoning and permit-related work (negotiated by project) Job Type: Contract Experience: • commercial real estate : 4 years (Preferred) License/Certification: • Real Estate License (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
