Remote Dental Insurance & Billing Coordinator

Dental Practice Solutions LLC (Remote – Must be U.S. Based) About Us: Dental Practice Solutions LLC is a boutique dental consulting company based in NYC, providing remote support services to growing dental practices across the U.S. We’re currently expanding and looking for a reliable, experienced Dental Insurance & Billing Coordinator to join our team remotely. Position Summary: We are seeking a remote dental insurance and billing expert to handle the full spectrum of insurance-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about the dental industry. You’ll work with a practices to ensure accurate claims processing, Insurance AR, eligibility verification, and insurance follow-up. Key Responsibilities: • Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility • Submit and track insurance claims and pre-authorizations • Post EOBs, process payments (EFT/ERA/checks), and manage AR • Follow up on outstanding claims and appeals • Communicate with dental offices regarding patient balances and insurance issues • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Dentrix Requirements: • MUST have Dentrix experience (G7 or higher) • Dentrix Ascend knowledge is a plus • Minimum 2 years of experience in dental insurance and billing • Strong knowledge of dental insurance processes, coding, and EOBs • Reliable internet, HIPAA-compliant workspace, and availability during EST hours • Strong communication and organizational skills What We Offer: • Flexibility with consistent monthly income • Opportunity to grow with a scaling company • Ongoing dental billing education and industry updates • A supportive and professional team environment Apply Today: If you’re an experienced dental billing professional looking for a remote opportunity with a culture where we value your expertise lets connect!
