Accenture is seeking a proactive Virtual HR Assistant to join our global team, specifically supporting our HR operations remotely from Ha Leboto, Mohale’s Hoek. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our HR department, providing comprehensive administrative support and contributing to various HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations. • Assist with the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome kits, coordinating virtual orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality. • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, escalating complex issues as needed. • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, training coordination, and performance management cycles. • Prepare HR reports and analytical summaries as requested, ensuring data integrity. • Assist in the coordination of various HR events and communications, both internal and external. • Collaborate effectively with HR colleagues and other departments across different time zones. Required Skills • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative or assistant role. • Proficiency in arenaflex Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting. • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience with global or multi-national organizations. • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law relevant to remote work. • Experience with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., arenaflex Teams, Zoom).
