[Remote] Customer Success Manager - $38.50 - $48.00 per hour
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 7Seventy Recruiting is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support healthcare organizations in launching and adopting a technology-enabled care platform. The role involves driving measurable outcomes, ensuring smooth implementations, and managing customer relationships to foster account growth.
Responsibilities
• Lead customer implementations and ongoing initiatives, ensuring commitments, timelines, and expectations are met
• Document meetings clearly, capturing decisions, next steps, and ownership
• Provide polished, concise updates through QBRs, status reports, and risk mitigation plans
• Co-manage a portfolio of 10–15 healthcare customers, driving retention and account expansion
• Support end-to-end program launches, coordinating across clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders
• Own and streamline the technical review process in partnership with customer IT teams to ensure compliant, scalable adoption
Skills
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS or health tech
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready summaries
• Comfort working with healthcare stakeholders such as providers, payers, and community organizations
• Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Zoom, Asana, LMS platforms, and Google Workspace
• Bachelor's degree required
• Willingness to travel 1–2 times per quarter for team and customer engagements
• MBA or MPH is a plus
