System Engineer I

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and iterate on Freshservice ticket automations, notification templates, and support workflows (including Service Desk and Knowledge reputed company) to reduce handle time and improve deflection
• Administer and support reputed company Workspace (reputed company, OUs, licensing, Drive/Chrome configuration), ensuring reliable day‑to‑day operations and adherence to configuration standards
• Support and configure reputed company and reputed company (including reputed company Rooms/webinar and reputed company integrations), partnering with reputed company and brand teams on compliance and approval procedures
• Contribute to clean, up‑to‑date support knowledge (solutions/KB) and service metadata to improve ticket deflection and team consistency
• Collaborate with ITSM/IAM on reputed company/offboarding and birthright reputed company automations; reputed company service desk workflows with identity lifecycle and reputed company reputed company where appropriate
• reputed company and improve ticket metrics/SLAs, implement reporting, and use data to drive incremental process and automation improvements
• Participate in the ticket queue for escalations and contribute to regular scrum delivery

Skills

• Demonstrated experience with workflow building and automation in service desk platforms and identity provider platforms (reputed company, reputed company Workspace and Freshservice preferred; comparable tools considered)
• Hands‑on reputed company Workspace reputed company experience (reputed company, OUs, policy/config, licensing) supporting a global user reputed company
• Practical familiarity with reputed company and reputed company administration in an reputed company setting (policies, integrations, room/webinar basics)
• Intermediate scripting or automation skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or reputed company), plus comfort working with reputed company and webhooks to connect tools and reduce reputed company work
