Client Experience Associate - Fairport Wealth
Hightower Advisors is a wealth management firm that provides investment, financial, and retirement planning services. The Client Experience Associate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors, supporting internal operations, and assisting with client service tasks within a busy wealth management practice.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all visitors to the office
- Schedule and facilitate client office visits
- Maintain a clean and presentable reception area
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Help with purchase and approval of client gifts
- Provide support to the Growth & Marketing team
- Set up and break down in-office meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage FedEx account and office supply inventory
- Load/unload dishwasher and maintain common areas
- Be the primary liaison with building management
- Provide executive support to Management Team
- Scan and route incoming checks
- Log and scan client custodial statements
Skills
- Experience delivering white glove client experiences
- Prior experience in client-facing or administrative roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
