Risk Management Coordinator
Legacy Health is a healthcare organization committed to making life better for others. The Risk Management Coordinator will support the System Risk Director by investigating incidents, assessing organizational risk, and identifying improvements to policies and procedures to enhance safety and risk mitigation.
Responsibilities
- With your skilled support to our risk management team, and ability to communicate effectively, you will help us to create the safest and most welcoming environment for those we treat

- The System Risk Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the System Risk Director and will investigate incidents with specific liability risk(s), assess organizational risk, and identify policy and procedural improvements
- The System Risk Specialist is an integral part of our commitment to fostering a culture of safety and proactive risk mitigation across our healthcare system

- Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as scheduling, event coordination, and documentation management
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement
- Strong organizational skills to manage claims data, records, and documentation efficiently
- Certification in risk management (CPHRM) or completed in first 18 months of taking the role
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
