Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary intake point for communication requests from business units
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and approvals
- Edit and proofread communications for clarity, accuracy, and brand compliance
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure timely communication delivery
- Build and maintain email templates using HTML for internal and external use
- Track and manage communication workflows to meet deadlines and quality standards
Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or related field
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HTML and email template creation
- Excellent interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration ability
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and content management systems preferred
- Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations in financial communications preferred
- Financial services experience is a plus
