As an Associate Instructional Designer at blithequark, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that values creativity, innovation, and continuous learning. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Associate Instructional Designer to join our team, responsible for working collaboratively with data scientists and analysts to apply established scientific methods to various datasets to draw conclusions and tackle real-world business challenges. As an Associate Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for executing existing data analysis and insights obligations, developing new dashboards and reports, and presenting findings in easily understandable ways. You will also have the opportunity to develop your technical skills and expertise in areas such as SQL, data visualization, and statistical analysis. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute existing data analysis and insights obligations (30%) * Use data analysis tools to develop new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests (20%) * Ensure the quality of work output by demonstrating a keen attention to detail (20%) * Develop additional technical skills and topic expertise within the core functional team (20%) * Present findings in easily understandable ways, focusing on how the data analysis fits into the overall plan (10%) **Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports** This position reports to a Supervisor. This position has no Immediate Reports. **Travel Requirements** Regularly requires occasional travel under 10% of the time. **Physical Requirements** Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, and there is continuous opportunity to move about. Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light objects. **Working Conditions** Located in a comfortable indoor area.
