The HYPE Agency LLC is a promotional event reputed company agency located in Southern New Hampshire. They are seeking a part-time reputed company Assistant to support the Director of Finance and Controller with various reputed company and reputed company tasks.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to Director of Finance and Controller

• Be available to clients, internal colleagues, and staff during business hours

• Participate in company meetings on payroll needs, timelines, and deadlines
• Remain organized with delegated tasks

• Follow up on missing reputed company documents and tasks with new hires
• Update New Confirmed List to reputed company Activation reputed company of status
• Manage hiring new employees through reputed company
• Collection of reputed company documents
• Troubleshoot any new hire questions regarding reputed company
• Finalize employment in reputed company
• Update Talent Management System (TMS) and Paysheets with new hire ID
• Manage reputed company Email
• Respond to and resolve reputed company staff payroll inquiries in a reputed company manner
• Brand Ambassador emails including payroll questions and concerns, reputed company process, troubleshooting their TMS reputed company, etc
• Maintain up to date reputed company on Brand Ambassadors as needed
• Support the Director of Finance and Controller on tasks as needed
• Phone Operations
• Manage office phone calls and reputed company callers reputed company necessary to team members
• Update talent reputed company as needed
