[Remote] SMB Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LiveSwitch is a leading communications platform dedicated to helping small businesses thrive against larger competitors. The SMB Account Executive will focus on outbound sales, identifying new business opportunities and conducting product demonstrations to show how LiveSwitch's technology can benefit small business owners.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Activity: You will spend the majority of your day on the phone. We prioritize high-volume outreach because it is the most effective way to find the businesses that need our help
- Demonstrations: You will lead product demos to show how LiveSwitch solves specific problems for a business owner
- Closing: You will manage the sales process from the initial call to the signed contract
- Accuracy: We expect you to maintain honest and accurate records of your activities in our CRM
Skills
- You must be able to speak clearly and persuasively with business owners who are often busy and stressed
- You don't need to be told to get to work. You are a self-starter who is comfortable with the repetitive nature of high-volume cold calling
- You should have a genuine interest in the success of small businesses
