AI Enablement Intern, Impact Operations – Stagiaire en intelligence artificielle, Opérations d’impact
Rally Assets is an impact investment management firm that helps investors generate positive social and environmental impact alongside financial returns. The AI Enablement Intern will support the deployment of generative AI across the firm, focusing on applied prompt engineering and improving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Clean, manage, and analyze data related to Rally’s business processes
- Consult with internal stakeholders on AI use cases, team experiences with AI, and opportunities to streamline processes through the use of AI
- Develop and test custom GPTs / prompts to assist with process improvements across the firm. Examples include automating the way that impact assessments are done, developing insights from unstructured data, and/or enhancing portfolio and impact management software
- Assist with documentation and knowledge sharing to support responsible AI adoption across the firm
- Analyze use case proposals on our AI task force to identify solutions
Skills
- That you are legally able to work in Canada
- Proficiency in English
- Enrolment as a second-year student or above in a Canadian post-secondary program, returning to school in the fall after the internship (graduate programs count)
- Enrolment in a relevant degree in a field such as business, finance, accounting, economics, international development, policy and/or sustainability, social science, environmental science, data science
- A record of high academic achievement or commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Experience exploring how impact investing can support social and environmental justice
- Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, and the Microsoft suite of products
- Working knowledge of generative AI tools (ex. ChatGPT, Google Gemini, etc.)
