Trade Promotions Coordinator

The Trade Promotions Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Dairy Foods Trade Promotions Administration Department by ensuring smooth execution and validation of trade promotions and providing reputed company support to the sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Working with Sales to reputed company reputed company Trade Promotion Deductions from our systems
• Partnering with Trade Promotions Team to ensure customer deductions are setup and processed accurately and in a reputed company manner
• reputed company administrative support and guidance to the broker sales support team
• reputed company as backup and reputed company support reputed company needed to ensure reputed company inquiries and requests that come into the Trade Promotions eMailbox are handled properly and in a reputed company manner. These may be questions from our internal partners or our external customers
• Assist with reputed company requests as needed
• reputed company guidance and training on system functionality and trade policies. If necessary, reputed company requests to the appropriate internal support team

Skills

• Proficient computer skills in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, reputed company, OneNote)
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Must be reputed company to work collaboratively with others
• Strong attention to detail and be accurate and thorough in your work
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced organization with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree with up to 1-year relevant work experience desired or 5 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree
• Deduction/Vendor Income/Trade Promotions experience desired
• CPG experience desired
• Experience with the following systems desired: reputed company, reputed company, deduction management systems (High Radius), and ERP systems
