Account Executive (Hybrid)
Trainual is a company focused on shaping how businesses empower their teams through onboarding and training products. They are seeking an Account Executive who will drive revenue growth by qualifying leads, engaging decision-makers, and managing the sales pipeline effectively.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by leveraging inbound motion and creating new opportunities through outbound efforts
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals by managing the sales pipeline and advancing deals
- Collaborate effectively with teammates in revenue-driving and retention-supporting positions
Skills
- Ability to adopt a consultative approach and listen to prospects to understand their requirements
- Empathetic and capable of building relationships based on trust
- Proven ability to identify and address objections or concerns raised by prospects
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Experience with CRM management (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Data-driven and organized when using a CRM
- Ability to effectively manage a deal through appropriate stages
- Experience in revenue generation and acceleration
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Experience in collaborating effectively with teammates in revenue-driving and retention-supporting positions
