The role involves assisting in the development and implementation of AI solutions aimed at enhancing customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and testing AI models to optimize service workflows and improve response times
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Technology teams to gather requirements and integrate AI solutions into existing systems
• Analyze performance data and provide insights to refine AI algorithms for better service outcomes
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program
• Basic understanding of AI concepts, machine learning, and data analytics
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Interest in the cruise and travel industry is a plus
