[Remote] Early Career Trial Attorney (Remote - Hudson Valley / Westchester County, NY)

As an Early Career Trial Attorney, you will manage insurance defense litigation, providing counsel and representation while navigating various reputed company proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict, including initial case assessment, discovery, depositions, reputed company reputed company, reputed company-trial negotiations, courtroom advocacy, and post-trial motions to ensure favorable reputed company for clients
