Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled phone appointments with inbound life insurance leads
- Follow our 100% scripted presentation from intro to close
- Educate clients on financial protection products (life, mortgage protection, final expense, etc.)
- Submit applications electronically and maintain client records in CRM
- Attend weekly training calls and team development sessions
Skills
- Active life insurance license (required)
- Confidence using scripts and handling objections
- Coachable mindset and strong follow-up habits
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Phone sales or telesales experience preferred
