Responsibilities
- Provide immediate, hands-on support for the OPOR CIS system and other key IT applications
- Delivering on-site assistance
- Resolving technical issues
- Offering personalized training
- Empower frontline staff to focus on patient care without being impeded by technology challenges
- Ensure that healthcare technology implementation and usage are aligned with organizational objectives
- Driving enhanced efficiency, accuracy, and overall quality of care across the system
Skills
- Enrolled in a post-secondary diploma or university degree required
